Sitting outside mortys with Millie today, this van pulls out of a parking spot. Breaks down, mid 40 year old gets out and starts trying to push start the thing and gets it going all while his younger female passenger sits there reading the newspaper. Gets to the bit at BP to pull out and it stalls again, hes there for another 5 minutes trying to start the thing. In that time Millie makes some comment about how dangerous it is that hes going out onto the road with a fucked car. When he gets the thing started, like a true Mayfield bogan he hangs his head out the window calling me emo and threatening to bash us and run us over if he ever sees us again. Why did he wait 5 minutes to reply to this comment? coward, waiting till he could say it and bolt.
I expect that from people my age and younger but not someone old enough to be my father.
anyway finally got my Neddy Smith book and Setup tape in the post, had gone to my old address. Fuck I'm an idiot sometimes! read the first chapter of the book before, fuck it's good! =]
Finished recording the Darkness Fades Away demo yesterday, just waiting for it to be mixed now. Will be out in time for Carpathian, also the High Five for Hitman demos are finished and for sale. All the feedback has been great so far, better get one of them before they sell out. Already going quick!
